Clean + Simple FTL86 and Stampin' Royalty #15

CLEAN + SIMPLE hand STAMPIN' ROYALTY both have sketch challenges that call for a simple layout and I decided to go with hearts for mine.
  • I used some of the Bazzill shades of lilac and purple for the hearts; textured white for the top layer on which the sentiment is stamped.
  • The patterned paper is from Daisy D's *Sweet Baby Jane* collection pad that I picked up at the dollar store for $3.00 several months ago.
  • The sentiment is from Katie & Co. that I got at Michaels' in the *specials bin* and is stamped using Stampology's ONYX ink.
I had so much fun with this layout that I used the same scraps to make one with butterflies!

I loved this layout and plan on using it again but in future, I'm going to ensure that my objects hover over the edges of the top layer . . .

I love the colours you used and the hearts look fabulous. I must say that I really love the card with the butterflies, but I mad about butterflies. I also used butterflies for the card I made for the Stampin Royalty Challenge. Thank you for visiting my blog.
