Heartfelt Wishes

I love cardstock that has a touch of texture to it and made these cards in the *clean & simple* style which I love.  [UPDATE:  I've added these to a just discovered New Year's Challenge at Our Creative Corner]

The top four measure 4" X 6" while the bottom is a *mini* and measures 3" X 3" and as always, they come with handmade envelopes :o)

Hi Dallas, thanks for commenting over at my blog. I love your red and white cards - fabulous designs and a knock ou colour combo! It looks like you have been bitten by the Nesties bug too. Seriously, they make such pretty little cards don't they? If you look at this post over on my blog you'll see how to create a card if you are having any problems: http://dottypuddingdesigns.blogspot.com/2010/01/lets-share-secret.html
To make the baby card I used the largest of the scallop edge Nesties. The circle in the middle is the second largest from a large circle set (hope that makes sense!!!). That way you get alot of card stock around your centre piece. If you want to see more beautiful Nesties try Donna's blog: http://3umbrellas.blogspot.com/ or Lucy Abrams blog: http://hedgehogsandladybirds.blogspot.com/
These girls really know how to make marvellous Nesties!
Nice to see that you also love Genealogy - another passion of mine! Take care and happy crafting, Jo x

Thanks for the encouragement Jo!

I used old fashioned scallop and circle punches to make mine but at the moment, the largest I have is only 3" ~ that's why I was wondering about the size of yours :o)

Thanks for the links to the others - I'll check them out after I do the dishes ...

Both genealogy and cardmaking are time-consuming but I love them both ...

Blessings,
Dallas
