OLW8 - Masking a Background
I've been out of the loop for the past 2 weeks because my husband had 2 weeks' holiday and we enjoyed a STAYcation ~ when the weather was nice we took extended day trips.
We took only 3 of those day trips which gives you an idea of the kind of weather we've been having for the past few weeks --- rain, drizzle, cloud and wind :o(
I finally finished up the set of 30 bridal shower invitations I've been working on and I'll share those tomorrow -- got them mailed Monday evening.
Susan has a new OLC challenge this week -- masking a background -- after I threw away my first 2 attempts which just didn't turn out at all, I started having fun . . . so much fun, that I decided to make 4 of these cards in various colours :o) Hey! Maybe I'm trying to make up for lost time!!
Head over and browse the fantastic entries for this challenge ~ they're gorgeous!! Hurray for CAS!!

Dallas, I like all the three cards and the simplicity of them all... so clean and smart!
So glad to hear from you - hope hubby dear had a good vacation!
We are going to Europe for three weeks tomorrow. So I am not going to be so active in blogland.
See you when I get back.

I especially love the smooth curve you made with the butterflies. I've tried to make graceful curves so many times....it looks so simple....buy my failure rate tells me it is not simple.
Lovely entry!
